Exhibit, sponsor, advertise

01 Exhibit

Exhibiting presents you with a fantastic opportunity to meet with a wide range of International Studies professionals. Our delegates are predominately scholars and practitioners from a wide range of International Studies fields, but will also include a variety of other interested parties. We expect in excess of 700 delegates from around the world.

This year, our conference will take place in Birmingham - a leading business, cultural and major events destination. In 2022 Birmingham hosted the Commonwealth Games, and there are a range of activities to enjoy. Find out more about the city and location on our 'About the conference' page.

The conference will be held across five fantastic venues in Centenary Square. The exhibitor hall will be located at the Hyatt Regency hotel - the main hub of the conference. Whilst some of you may have concerns about footfall at a multi-venue event, we have made sure that all refreshment breaks, registration and many panels/roundtables, including the keynotes and prize giving, are held at the Hyatt, In addition, lunch will be held there on Friday 7 June, and there will be tables and chairs in the exhibitor hall throughout the conference for delegates to use the space to work, relax and socialise when they are not in panels.

We will have up to 30 exhibitor stands available. The conference exhibition will run alongside our three-day event, with conference rooms adjacent to the hall. We intend to open the exhibition at the first refreshment break on the Wednesday, and keep it open during conference hours until the final refreshment break on the Friday afternoon. This maximises your time with our delegates but also gives you a chance to set up and take down your stand.
