Exhibit, sponsor, advertise

01 Exhibit

Exhibiting at BISA presents you with a fantastic opportunity to meet with a wide range of International Studies professionals. Our delegates are predominately scholars and practitioners from a wide range of International Studies fields, but also include a variety of other interested parties. We expect in excess of 1,000 delegates from over 40 countries around the world.

In 2025, our conference will take place in Belfast – the gateway to Northern Ireland with a rich cultural and maritime history. Find out more about the city and location on our 'About the conference' page.

The conference will be held in the Europa Hotel, where the exhibitor hall will also be located close to the conference badge pick up area – which all delegates must visit. Some panels and roundtables will be held at the nearby Grand Central Hotel and Assembly Rooms.

To encourage maximum footfall to the exhibition hall there will be two refreshment breaks per day located there, a BISA backdrop for conference selfies, a headshot photographer on one day, and tables and chairs situated in the hall throughout the conference so that delegates can use the space to work, relax and socialise when they aren’t in panels.

We have up to 30 exhibitor stands available and the conference exhibition will run alongside our three-day event. We intend to open the exhibition at the first refreshment break on the Wednesday, and keep it open during conference hours until the final refreshment break on the Friday afternoon. This maximises your time with our delegates, but also gives you a chance to set up and take down your stand.
