With each package we will provide refreshments and lunch on all days for up to two exhibitor representatives. If you require more than two representatives an additional fee of £70pp will apply. Please do let us know here so we can issue the correct invoice.

Following payment of your invoice we will contact the named individuals with details of how to register for the conference so that we can collect any dietary requirements and ensure they receive the delegate information to find out what is going on and when.

Electricity sockets may not be available at each stand. Should you have a specific requirement for electricity please let us know here. Please note there may be an additional charge for this.

Discount code

BISA staff will be in touch regarding payment for your booking and to collect the information needed for advertising, for example your logo. Please do respond even if your logo hasn't changed - many do so we ensure we collect the correct information each year.

The information you have provided on this form will be held by BISA electronically and will be used in connection with your exhibitor booking. This will include sharing your information with third parties as necessary to provide the elements of your booking.

We will keep your details securely until booking opens for the BISA 2025 conference so that we can offer you first refusal of a space at next year's conference.
