Childcare

We encourage as many of our members as possible to attend our annual conference, and each year we offer childcare bursaries to assist delegates with their individual needs. The expression of interest form is open until Monday 31 March at 11.59pm.

Please note that many conference facilities do not permit children and so we encourage all delegates to make their childcare arrangements well in advance. Unfortunately, BISA is not able to assist with childcare arrangements given the need to meet Ofsted regulations, and can only suggest you have a look at the following online services who may be able to assist.

Childcare bursaries

Need help with your childcare costs? We're pleased to confirm that we are accepting expressions of interest from those who need assistance with costs associated with childcare for children under school-age during our 2025 conference. We hope this initiative will enable those chairing or presenting on panels/roundtables to make appropriate arrangements based on individual requirements.

To be eligible for a childcare bursary you must be a current member of BISA and need childcare assistance for a child under school age.

The expression of interest form will close on 31 March 2025 at 11.59pm (UK time). After the closing date we will be in touch to confirm the support available.
